AN INTRODUCTION TO C.A.V.I.
I would first like to say thank you for taking the time to look through our website and showing an interest
in the products and services we provide. After receiving my Electronics Degree in 1984, I worked in the
cable industry for two years. During those few years, I was disturbed by the lack of attention given to
providing quality service and overall regard for customer satisfaction. It was then that I made the
decision to begin my own company. I started small, and only offered telephone and cable wiring
installation to local builders. As my reputation grew as a reputable sub-contractor, my business grew as
well. I began to install alarm systems, computer networking, surround sound and whole-house central
vac systems as well. I also turned the relationships I had developed with my suppliers, into a
distributorship for the products I offered to my clients.
The electronics field is rapidly changing and it is our first priority to offer our clients the most up-to-date
information and ideas on how to make technology work for them. Equally important, we work with you
to stay within budget while also meeting your needs. At C.A.V.I., we believe the building process should
